Welcome to Banbury's running club.
Banbury Soles is aimed at all abilities from people just starting to run, to those people that want to improve personal times and distance. Whether you want to join a club to keep you motivated and increase your fitness or have a race or distance to train for then this is the club to join.
We will cover all the skills required to achieve your running goals in fun and challenging sessions. There are mixed ability sessions. (Beginners and improvers.)
Running can be a great way to get active. It helps improve fitness, can help you to lose weight, feel great, socialise and reduce stress and anxiety.
Banbury Soles is all about providing fun, varied, social sessions that any runner of any ability can turn up, feel right at home and enjoy. We don't differentiate between any of our members. Anyone is welcome to join us, beginners, improvers and experienced runners.
Running with Banbury Soles is a great opportunity to enjoy getting fit whilst having fun and making new friends in a safe, friendly, supportive environment.
